What follows are the links to a series on the Four Noble Truths & The Eightfold Path. I have sought in each post to avoid dogmatic parroting of classic interpretations of these most fundamental of Buddhist teachings and explore them from an experiential perspective. I hope that this offers some insight into how these teachings unfold in living practice. Like all Buddhist mainstays, the Four Noble Truths must be brought into our lived experience and interpreted anew for the times and situations in which we live. This is my contribution;
